Jonathan Rhys Meyers has apologized for falling off the wagon, but he promises it was a blip and he's on the mend.

Jonathan posted his apology on his fiancee's Instagram account saying, "I apologize for having a minor relapse and hope that people don't think badly of me."

The actor says he was on his way home from a friend's house and regretted his disheveled appearance as he clutched a vodka bottle.
