The haters are really gonna hate this one ... last night Taylor Swift celebrated her 25th birthday in New York and every big celeb in town wanted to join in -- including one really sexy craphead.

Taylor partied with Beyonce, Jay Z, Sam Smith and girl group HAIM ... as well Karlie Kloss -- the hot model she's DEFINITELY NOT DATING -- and Justin Timberlake wearing a poop emoji mask.

It's unclear where they were ... but it looks like Taylor's home.
