Justin Bieber Reckless Driving Case Goes to D.A.
The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. is not impressed that Tyler, The Creator claims he was driving Justin Bieber's Ferrari at crazy speeds on Memorial Day ... because they just sent a criminal case targeting JUSTIN to the L.A. County D.A..
Law enforcement sources tell us ... it's virtually certain the D.A. will NOT prosecute the Biebs ... in part because there's only one witness who claims to have seen J.B. behind the wheel, and there's video of Tyler, The Creator maneuvering the Ferrari in the driveway.
Of course, it's possible Justin switched seats with Tyler before entering the driveway, but possibilities don't win criminal cases.
And get this ... Tyler almost certainly won't be prosecuted because no one can finger him driving at breakneck speeds on the streets.
So Justin and Tyler are free to roam.
