Rick Ross Postpones L.A. Concert -- Still Not Ready to Perform

With his health still a major concern, Rick Ross has decided to play it easy this weekend ... rescheduling his L.A. concert for 2012 so he can focus on his recovery.

As TMZ first reported, Rick suffered two seizures last week before a performance in Memphis -- which he canceled -- and promoters think it's still too soon for Ross to get back on stage.

Promoters believe Ross needs more time to get better -- so they contacted his people and the two camps agreed to reschedule the L.A. performance to January.

Promoters also tell TMZ, "Pushing [Ross] to do a show that he was not prepared to do was not beneficial to anyone."
