While covering Madonna's "Like a Virgin" at a charity event at Carnegie Hall last night ... Elton John was made to feel shiny and new by a bunch of underwear-clad male dancers.
The Rainforest Fund event also featured Lady Gaga and Sting in drag, but it was Elton who was touched ... but not for the very first time.
