Lindsay Lohan -- High Marks From DUI Judge

Lindsay Lohan got good marks in court today, even though she wasn't there to hear it.

Instead, Lindsay's lawyer, the effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, presented the judge with the goods to show her client was complying with the terms of her DUI probation.

The judge was impressed, but drew a line in the sand, telling S.C.H. Lindsay must complete her alcohol ed class by July 15, 2010.

We're sure she'll graduate magnum cum laude.
