Michael Jackson's lawyers are worried people are making a fortune off of the singer by bootlegging merchandise with his name and they want to put a stop to it immediately.
In docs filed with the court, Jackson's lawyers want the judge to approve a merchandising agreement with a Bravado International (a merchandising company) and they want the power to put the screws to people who are selling unauthorized merchandise.
