"Selling Sunset" star Chelsea Lazkani is ending her marriage of 7 years ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the Netflix star -- who's been on the show for a few seasons now -- Lazkani filed for divorce against her husband Jeff Lazkani ... and she's citing irreconcilable differences as the official reason.

Per the paperwork, Chelsea doesn't seem to know the exact date of separation -- marking it as TBD -- but one thing she does know for sure is that she's ready to throw in the towel.

Diddy's private parties have been the stuff of legend for decades ... but rapper Uncle Luke is distancing himself from the notorious soirees amid the music mogul's legal woes.

Efforts were made to resolve this issue amicably at the time and the Judd Foundation was unwilling to settle on reasonable terms. These claims have absolutely no merit."

She says it's causing so much pain, she describes it as "the worst thing that's ever happened to me in my entire life. I hate it so much, and I'm so mad about it."

Thankfully, the lesion has yet to impact her vision. She has felt other MS side effects, however, as her mobility's been greatly affected.
